Harborline

Harborline is a management sim where you run a growing port. Ships arrive, cargo needs sorting, cranes need placing, and everything you build early either helps or haunts you later. It scratches the same itch as a good logistics puzzle.

The genius is that every jam is your fault. When ships start queueing, you can trace it back to a lane you laid down too narrow an hour ago. Fixing that bottleneck and watching the flow smooth out is the whole appeal.

It's a little math-heavy and the tutorial rushes some systems, but once it clicks it's very hard to put down. Best played on a bigger screen if you have a tablet handy.
